Intimate Springtime Elopement in Mammoth Lakes, CA

I wish I could relive this day over and over again because it seriously could not have gone better!! I met Corinne and Blake at their hotel in Mammoth on Saturday afternoon where I was able to capture some sweet moments of them getting ready. From there, we all hopped in my car and headed to our first stop - Convict Lake. Being that it was the beginning of May, the winds were blowing hard and the temperatures were a bit frigid but the views were BREATHTAKING. We walked around Convict Lake, listened to music and talked about life, while I was able to get some epic photos of the two lovebirds. My favorite moment from this location was when we were leaving Convict Lake, we decided to pull over and use the road to get some really fun shots. We popped champagne here and then poured it into some glasses once we got to location #2. This is where Blake and Corinne decided to read their vows to each other. I love weddings but there is just something so special about intimate elopements. After some champagne spills and lots of warm embraces, we made our way to our last location. As the sun set behind the beautiful Mammoth Mountains, the happy couple danced and kissed until we ran out of sunlight!
