This session was extra special for me because I’ve known Kylene since we were 11 or 12 (aka we’ve known each other for like 14 years!!) I was so happy when she asked me to take their engagement photos and as soon as she started talking about her and Tristan’s relationship, I knew they were made for each other!
The day of their session I was pretty nervous because it was extremely windy. I’ll venture into just about any type of weather for my couples but I never want them to be miserable!! Despite the wind, we did the damn thing and I’m so happy we did! We found the coolest railroad bridge near Seaside Park in Ventura, CA and made our way down to the beautiful beach. Kylene + Tristan brought their adorable pup, Lacey, and she made the session even more fun!
These pictures make my heart happy and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding next year!!
